Why?

M&C Saatchi Performance is a highly successful businesses in the sphere of mobile and of rigorous digital channel optimisation. As the business transitioned to becoming a more important holistic advisor to clients, it wanted a planning philosophy and process that could help to accelerate the journey.

What?

Together we built Action Planning: M&C’s new proprietary planning philosophy and process. The process has been embedded with the agency’s teams in London, the US and APAC and has been an important part both of client relationships and new business pitches.

How?

The initial process was developed as the outcome of a series of strategic sprints in which we reviewed the DNA of the agency, external practice that they admired, and created the process through a series of iterations. Subsequently the process has been more deeply embedded through pitch support and capability training.
