Why?

The Beyond Collective is an independent marketing communications group that wanted to crystallise a new 5-year business plan.

As part of this the group wanted to ensure it had the agency propositions and processes in place to deliver a distinctive and desirable offering that created sustainable long-term growth.

What?

We refreshed the group proposition as ‘Growth Agents for the Audience Age’, and built creative and media propositions to support its effective delivery, and an operating model, structure and long-range growth plan to support it.

We then built new strategic processes and techniques to enable the business to deliver the client value proposition consistently and distinctively.

How?

Hook Strategy ran a series of inclusive mini-sprints, designed to create focus around key areas sequentially so that the strategic approach was consistent and connected, with reviews at each key stage.

During the process, key internal stakeholders were engaged and facilitated throughout to ensure that the project had the maximum impact.

Results
