Having excelled in the world of brand and creative strategy, BTDT wanted to respond to client needs by expanding into the worlds of brand experience and communications planning.
What?
We built a new Experience Strategy vertical within BeenThereDoneThat, and in year one executed 23 different client projects as well as a highly scalable and sustainable product that is now a part of the core offering of the agency.
How?
We examined client tensions around building great brand experiences, and developed a story and a product that would deliver value for some of the world’s greatest brands, from Beam Suntory to LEGO to Pepsico.
Over the course of a year, we built a product, a process, a pipeline of opportunities and a community of the world’s best thinkers to deliver it. We did this in a seamless partnership that went from experimental pilot to fully embedding Experience Strategy in the heart of the business.
Results
This new product offering gained traction from the very start, and is now a significant contributor to the success of a dynamic and high growth business.
The relationship is still ongoing, and Hook Strategy is now building a range of new client offerings in partnership with the business.
