The Ozone Project is a unique organisation, built from collaboration and devoted to the purpose of building a better future for the quality publishing industry. As they grew, they wanted to ensure their strong early culture was maintained and grew over time.
What?
We developed a series of grounded, clearly articulated company principles, aligned to the organisation’s core purpose, that the team wanted to use to define the culture they wanted to build. They are:

This process was extremely inclusive, comprising a staff-wide research project, a set of workshops and creative iteration. The principles were fully aligned on across the business, with a comprehensive plan to ensure they were put into action. And consistently lived up to.
